After that does the Status of Original Petition change? My Employer has filed for Motion To Reopen more that 3 weeks back. He has not received the New Receipt number for Motion To Reopen.When I search my case status using the Old/Denied Petition number, Status is Still Denied. Will it be like this? or the Status of OLD/Denied Petition should also change with Motion To Reopen. Link to comment

Its been more than one and half month's since my employer said he had filed an MTR to fight the H1B Denial, but still don't have the MTR new receipt number. I am in a fix.
