H1B to L1A Company-A then H1 transfer to Company B possible?

I just got my H1 Extension (all my timecapture days) on my Company-A and Company-A have also applied my L1A which i got RFE 2months back and Company-A is going to respond to that RFE.

 

1, If the L1A is approved, What will happen to my approved H1? 

 

2, If the L1A is approved, Will i be able to switch/transfer to Company-B with my approved H1A petition?

2. Yes, provided you have not reached the max allowed of 6 years.
