sdgm Posted November 15, 2014 Report Share Posted November 15, 2014 Employer A laid off 11-14-2014 Employer B- approved h1b and I94 is valid from 10-nov-2014 to 09 nov-2017. But employer B said that the start date is 24-nov-2014. For these 10 days i wont have any pay roll, even though i have valud h1b would i be out of status Link to comment
