H1B Renewal Check List for Canada?

Does anyone have an updated Check list for H1B Renewal in Canada

I am pasting the old one I have here, please let me know if there are new additions

 

1.       Passport

2.       One photograph

3.       Original Form I-94 (From H1 Renewal Approval Page Bottom)

4.       Appointment Letter from Consulate

5.       An application fee payable in advance. You will get a receipt for the scheduled interview.

6.       Confirmation page of online submitted DS-160 Form with bar code. Not entire form.

7.       Original bachelor's and/or master's degree certificates or transcripts.

8.       Copies of tax returns

9.       Latest bank statement proving that you have enough finances to take care of your expenses.

10.     H1B Package – Complete Packet from HR and, or Lawyer

11.     The original approved Notice of Action Form I-797, top and bottom parts.

 

12.   Employment Verification Letter from the employer. It would be helpful to mention the employee strength, offices, turnover, and projects of the company.

13.    Initial Job offer letter

14.    Copy of the i-129 petition

15.    Copy of the LCA (Labor Condition Application) approval

16.    Current Resume with Employment Dates

17.    Pay stubs – Past 3months to 1year

18.    W2’s & Tax returns for the prior years

19.    Company Profile - Take printouts of the company information from their web site.

20.    Copy of the PERM and I-140 approval notice if you are beyond 6 years on H1

21.    Original degree transcripts and education evaluations, if any

22.    Prior work experience letters

23.    Photos of your current employer showing cubicles, nameplates of the company etc.

24.    i-94 Print Out of Recent Travel History

25.    Proof of U.S. Address (Pay stubs, Utility bill, Driver's License, etc.)

26.    Photos of your workplace

27.    Company brochure or print outs of company web pages

28.    Recommendation letter from your supervisor
