chikz Posted November 13, 2014 Report Share Posted November 13, 2014 Hello, My previous H1B was revoked in June mid, but had valid stamping till September and I-194 till October 10. My new H1 was filed before my valid stamping (9/30) got expired and got approval without I-94. While filling DS 160- I responded yes to one of the security question- Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amt of time granted by an immigration official.. What questions I should be prepared with in above situation? Would appreciate any response/guidance Thank you Chikz Link to comment
