I am working as an IT QA Analyst with B.S Degree and 7.75 years of past experience. My attorney in the new company is saying that I am not eligible for EB2 Category. JoeF Posted November 11, 2014 Report Share Posted November 11, 2014 The job requirements matter. You could have a PhD, if the job only requires a bachelor degree, the case would still be in EB3. Link to comment
