kallempudin Posted November 9, 2014 Report Share Posted November 9, 2014 Ms Attorney Murthy, We got our EAD-AOS card yesterday Nov 8th 2014 and we found that the date of birth of my Son's was printed wrong. Instead of 3/13/1996 it was printed 3/16/1996. I tried to go back and examined my documents when we filed thru our firm and we found that it was printed wrong while filing the I-485 application. My husband's EAD and my EAD were printed right. Whats should I do. Our H-1 visa is getting expired soon by Dec 2014. Please advise. Link to comment
