I-140 help please

Hi, 

Please help me here.

1. My previous employer applied I140 and they said it is approved. They have not provided any info reg that like receipt number or approval notice. Now my current employer initiating the PERM process again.

 

In this case can i retain my previous priority date?  

At what stage i need to provide previous I140 details to current employer? (when applying perm or 140)

How can i provide the details (is there any way i can get those info) to my current employer?

 

2) When applying PERM/140 with previous employer in my resume i have mentioned total experience only USA exp and didnt put indian experience. Now my current employer is asking me to mention indian exp too. is that going to be a problem as the total number of years experience differs from previous petition to current one?
