asksri
Hi, My H1b got denied just day back becuase of attorney mistake, immediatly the other company is ready to file H1B with complete documents. Assuming H1B is approved without I94 then I have to go to stamping, so can I go to Mexico or Canada? my Visa expired. I have old H1 which is still valid but they are not running payroll currently. If I have to go to Mexico/Canada Do I get the visa for this countries, I am I eligible for that? a) what are my options right now, which consulate has highest approving rate in Mexico or Canada ? I am in Texas. b) How long I need to stay over there to attend and the stamping etc, Minimum and maximum days? c) If there is any question like RFE/221g etc how much time does it take to resolve, I will be able to get the letters from client and Vendor? Thanks sr Link to comment
jairichi
Why you are not being paid? Yes, you can go to Canada or Mexico. a. No such statistics exist. b. Minimum a week. Maximum can not be determined if you get 221G. c. No set timeframe. Link to comment
