pkthegr8
Hi, I have my i-140 approved through my previous employer recently. During the approval process of i-140, my current employer applied for PERM. the PERM process with my current employer is right now pending for decision My question, can I apply i-140 with my current employer after PERM approval? can I apply i-140 with my current employer after PERM approval without using previous i-140 reference? Do I need to state my current employer regarding i-140 approval got through previous employer? Please help me here.. Thanks Link to comment

pontevecchio
1. The employer who files PERM files your I-140 and not you. 2. Again he files 3. Since his lawyer is going to file the papers the employer will Know about previous I-140 approvals. Again I ask what is the difference. Please understand I-140 is filed by the employer.
