bvnagendra_74
Hi, Could you please let me know the approx. time involved to get the EAD/AP/GC documents after the finger printing in EB2. As the dates already moved back, do you think this should be faster/may take more time based on your experience. Thanks. Link to comment
itsmeusa
NSC filers in 1st week of Sep-2014 have started getting EAD/AP approvals. TSC Sep-2014 filers may follow the trend in 2 weeks. Dates being retrogressed would have no impact on the way of processing EAD / AP. Link to comment
bvnagendra_74
Thank you very much. I have valid H1 for next 3 years and do you think I should wait for AP before travelling to India or I could use H1 to re-enter. Also any guess on GC timelines/you think may be next year. Thank you. itsmeusa
Sure, you can use H1b to enter US. GC for first time filers from EB2 PD of Jan'09 thru May'09 - would be next year, however few of them would need to wait until 2016. It's not in our hands, it's the way USCIS works. Link to comment
ashuneel
you can use H-1 for re-entry. It is recommended to have H-1 even after getting EAD/AP. Link to comment
