vabbaraj Posted April 26, 2011 Report Share Posted April 26, 2011 I am not an expert but I had similar issue. It took about 7/8 weeks to process my PWD/LCA. My employer started this in early january and they got it by end of february. I was working for my new employer (and getting paid) all that time with out Receipt/approval from USCIS. Link to comment

vabbaraj Posted April 27, 2011 Report Share Posted April 27, 2011 I dont know. My company attorny says we should wait and see. I wish some one would rely to my question. I started working on 1/4/11 and got my receipt only on 3/28/11. It is under initial review at USCIS. Link to comment
