H4 & L1B

Hi,

My L1B maxed out and I returned from US last december and I m currently working for a company in India and spouse is in US. My spouse's company is filing H4 for me by this month. My company is filing L1B in December (after 365 days cooling period). We are initiating H4 as a backup plan as there are currently lot of rejections happening with L1B.

 

Given my H4 is approved, I have the following questions,

 

1. Is there any chances that my L1B could get rejected as I already have H4?

2. If L1B is rejected will that by any chance cancel my H4?

3. If L1B is approved will that cancel my H4?

4. Will my L1B get rejected as I m filing H4 and L1B within a short timespan?
