Transferring H1b with pending perm - documents required

Hello all,

 

 My Perm is pending with Comp A for more than 365 days and  i also, have 9 months left on my first 6 years of H1B.

I am wondering if i transfer to Comp B, can i get transfer for 1 years and 9 months.

what documents or proof do i need to submit to prove that my perm has been in pending for more than 365 days while transferring my h1b?
