sainadh217 Posted November 4, 2014 Report Share Posted November 4, 2014 Hi - one of my friend is porting I-140 from his old Emp to Present Employer and he has a copy of the old approved i-140 .. what are the things he need to keep in mind while porting the previous priority date ? He is planning to apply for I-140 in premium with the new employer .. will there be any issue with this ? any pointers would be of great help PS: perm has been approved with the new employer already..
