I-485 my case transferd to California Service center

Here is my details:

EB3 PD Sept,2004

I-485 filed on July,2007 till then Case is Pending with Texas Service center

EB2-process Started (again whole process) with the same company for a Sr position, I-140 approved on march 7th.

requested for PD porting,PD date changed to Sept,2004 which is current now.

Now interesting point is,after two months today my case is transferred to California Service center(where my employer and myself reside)

Can any one can guess what could be the reason to transfer my case? Is this a good news for me?If answer is yes,what is the next step.
