 Do we need to submit ds160 to get appointment in india @mumbai consulate.

 After paying fees can we take appointment with ds 160 number.

Yes. You can pay for visa application fee only if you have DS160 number. After payment of fee you can book appointment.

But i will enter some information in ds 160 and save it.

Then i will get it ds 160 application id. based on id i will get appointment.
