h1b extension based on perm 365 approved but perm denied.

hello all,

I got my h1b 7th year extension with company A based on PERM under processing for 365 days . Yesterday, my perm was denied.

Question 1

Is my h1b with company A still valid?

Question 2

Can I transfer my h1b to different company and restart my GC process.

Please advice.
