I got an offer from x employer. Based on that x employer filed my H1 transfer in premium mode and got receipt no. Due to some reason client told that my project is on hold. So x employer withdraw my H1 petition. After a week again client came back and they opened up the position.

 

Now my x employer saying that if we again file my H1 transfer will make some issues in future during my GC process. Is that true?  As well they are saying for next 12 months I can't work with x employer.
