nandakvi
Hi, I'm currently switching from one company to another. Is there any USCIS regulation that restricts minimum duration one should be working for a company to apply for L1A/B or can I apply for L1A/B right away if the new company is willing to do so? Also do let me know if I can apply for Canada visa/work permit as soon as I switch to the new company or is there any minimum duration for which I should be associated with the company before a WP can be initiated. Thanks in advance. Regards, Nanda. Link to comment
jairichi
Generally have been working for a qualifying organization abroad for one continuous year within the three years immediately preceding his or her admission to the United States. Do you fulfill this requirement with new company? Link to comment
