amitam1980
I got my PERM approved recently. My employer is a consulting firm. In my PERM application, the primary work site location is specified as my employer's address. However, as a consultant, I will be working at different client locations. Following are my questions: (1) Will I face any issues at a later stage (I140, I485 etc) since the work site specified in PERM application is not matching with the actual work site. OR (2) Since GC is for future employment, is the worksite in the PERM only indicates that I will be working in the employer's location after getting the GC? Thanks in advance. Link to comment

itsmeusa
You need to check the complete job description given when PWD / PERM is filed. Usually consulting companies put the verbiage that you would be required to work at different locations and the expenses for travel etc are paid by employer. Merely looking at the address in PERM will not answer your question. Link to comment
