I-160 form fill up, having criminal record

I got citation for patronizing prostitution under class b misdemeanor, went  to john school and later case got dismissed and then expunched.

 

now I am filling my I-160, do I need say yes two places ??

 

Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action? 

 

and

 

Are you coming to the United States to engage in prostitution or unlawful commercialized vice or have you been engaged in prostitution or procuring prostitutes within the past 10 years?   

 

 

I spoke with couple of lawyers before but forgot to ask this and both gave me different opinion on this case influence on my visa stamping, one said I may get 221g and other said it wont effect at all !!

 

I know its going to impact in negative way, if you guys any idea on such cases please help me here.

 

apart from carrying all original docs, is there any thing that I can do to get better my visa stamping ??

For immigration, cases are never expunged. They can always see them.

You need to answer the questions truthfully, so yes to both of them.
