I got my h1b approved in premium process whereas my wife's application is filed separately in normal processing. We are planning for a cruise to Bahamas and y question is can my wife travel using her previous i539 (from my previous employer ) which is valid till 2015. Both of us have valid stamped visa too. Pls advice All you wife needs is a valid H4 visa and a copy of your new I797. Link to comment
