Application Receipt/Petition Number -- 13 digits aphanumeric number Name of Person/Company who filed the Petition--Its going to be employers Name Under "Where do you intend to work" ....Should i mention the employer/petitioner name and address who actually filed my Petition!!! OR should i mention client name and client address!!!.... Would be great if some one resolves my query. Regards, Link to comment
