Thanks for the wisdom words :) Few more : Can my employer apply for COS in couple of weeks (after I reach to US) ? What is the approval probability of "my COS" VS "my coming back to India and getting visa stamping" Note: my H1b petitioner has all the docs with them like I 797, LCA,129, client letter etc, and they have not shared any doc with me till now.
