m2k Posted October 9, 2014 Report Share Posted October 9, 2014 My H1-B 6 year quota expired August end, before it's expiry, Change of Status to B2 was applied online. The status says application is accepted but pending review for last one and half months. My intention was to explore America including land and sea. I have been waiting to go on a cruise. Please advise is it possible to go on a cruising ? If yes, upon returning, will my passport be stamped with I-94 ? Link to comment
