Hi,

Before H1 visa stamping, to verify your petition is up-to-date in PIMS, we need to send an email to which email id for ottawa location?

For vancouver location,  I am aware that an email has to be sent to "vancouverNIV@state.gov". what will be the email to contact US embassy at Ottawa to ensure PIMS is up-to-date

Do not required to send an email for PIMS verification since they replied below (Ottawa Consulate):

We do not provide PIMS verification. We automatically send PIMS information in generally a week ahead of an applicant's appointment date.  We do not however check for verification.  That will be done on the day you present your application and petition information.  If there is no PIMS then you may be delayed an extra 2-3 days before your visa can be issued.

Thank you

You can't do PIMS update by simply sending an email. That's internal process.
