Travel to India in H1 after job change

I changed my job recently and working with new company. I have approved H1B from the new company.

 

But, my passport has already H1B stamp from old company till 2016. Do I need to visit US consulate in India to get stamped for my H1B with new company or can I re-enter US with old Visa?

 

Please suggest.

You can use the existing valid H1B visa and new employer's I797.

You can enter US with H1b visa stamp from old employer + H1b xfer approval to new employer.
