kindly help.. its urgent for h4 extension..

Hi,

My wife had filed for H1B visa extension under premium processing and she got it approved.

Now I am on H4 till 8th sep 2011, My wife's employer is sending out my H4 petition for extension in next 2 days.

Suppose it takes 3-4 months for my H4 to get approved then do I need to go out of The US?

What would be my status after 8th sep. 2011 if we don't receive approval notice for my H4 visa until 8th sep.

Your help required urgently! I have no time left for me... please help!!!!

As long H4 extenion is applied before the expiry of the previous one then it is fine. No need to go out of US.
