H4 dependent traveling after husband changes employer

Hi,

 

My wife has her h4 stamping valid from my previous employer till oct -2015

 

I have changed my employer twice in last one year.  can my wife still go to india and return back without visiting the embassy in India for stamping.

 

 

 

2. my wife has also applied for change of status to f1 and it is still in process. in case if she gets approval before traveling to India does her H4 status become invalid(out of h4 status).

2. She can enter with a H4 visa or F1 visa when she returns to US.
