Now I am looking for job with company B and they filed from my new H1 and still waiting for approval. At the same time I am still looking for new opportunities. My question is If i can get approval for Company B on the basis of my I140 with company A, can Company C can file for 3 year extension for me on the basis of I140 approved by company A?
