PraveenKumar
Hi Friends I need your valuable suggestions. Case: I had applied for Tourist visa (B2) in Aug 2013 to USA which got denied due to so and so reason. Now my company is sending me to UK on WORK PERMIT (TIER2) for which im going to apply the form online today. My worry is now will the B2 visa denial of USA has any impact on UK work permit approval ?. There is a question in UK form that "have a ever been refused a visa for any country including UK", in this case what i'm supposed to answer? Kindly help me with some information. Thanks Praveen Link to comment
jairichi
What is this "so and so reason"? Your answer has to be YES. Mostly it might not have an impact. Link to comment
omshiv
It wont have impact..what was the reason for denial though. Also TRUTH should be told. YES should be the answer. Link to comment
itsmeusa
You should answer "Yes" and give explanation. I don't think it will impact your UK visa as long as your US visa was not denied for criminal, medical, drug related, fraud related reasons. Link to comment
