itsmeusa Posted October 6, 2014 Report Share Posted October 6, 2014 GC processing cost - employer has to bear all lawyer fees, PERM, I-140 filing fees, I-485 / EAD / AP. It's ok for employee to pay I-485 / EAD / AP fees, however it depends upon lawyer also whether they accept those fees from employee. Link to comment
