F1 OPT client letter?

I work for a staffing agency(a big one, American company) and I'm on site at client location. I am going for my F1 visa interview on OPT and my DSO said we don't need any client letter. My employer gave me a verification letter that states the client name and all my pay stubs have the client name and full address.

Would I still need a client letter ? I was told the client doesn't provide one but I could get an email from my manager or HR confirming I work there with my title , start and end dates.

If you can't get a client letter then take a print out of email from client or manager that client does not provide client letter.

Do you even need to show a client letter for OPT? I mean what if your employer can give you a letter saying that you work for him in his office? OPT is not like H1 where you need show LCA etc.

Why your client's name is on your paystub? Who is paying you??

Vendor which is a staffing agency. Why is that a problem?

Your employer pays you, so employer name should be on the pay-stub.
