Filing I130 for parents, should Initials also be treated as other names?

I am filing I130 form for my Parents. In my birth certificate My Mothers name is does not include her middle name should I consider it as other names? Also my father's name in one certificate has his Initials and Last name as usually used in India. Should I include it as other names used?
