I got recently married and my wife already has H4 stamped in her passport and currently she in India. this H4 has been sponsored by my Employer A. But now my H1 is with Employer B.I am planning to bring my wife in near future,Does she needs to go for H4 stamping again, as currently her H4 sponsored by my Employer A.If No, Pls provide the details on what are all the documents required tocarry while travelling ?If Yes, Suggest me how to get it stamped again ? itsmeusa Posted September 30, 2014 Report Share Posted September 30, 2014 H4 is not employer specific. As long as your H1b petition is valid and H4 visa stamp is valid, H4 dependent can travel and re-enter US. Link to comment
