Experience letter in GC process

My previous company is not giving any experience letter, So can I use any other evidence like paystubs or offer letter of previous company as a evidence in GC process??

In this case, first you need to have a proof like trail of emails or their email telling you that they don't issue such letter. In that event you could ask your previous manager, colleagues to give you the experience letter, if notarized that's even better.

Letter from HR, manager or colleague will have same impact. Ask anyone of them.

If no is doing it, you can certify yourself (notarized). Ask to you attorney. There are many cases, when the companies sold out or you don't have any contact with your colleagues.
