Hi All,

 

Payback time.

 

Me and my spouse had visa stamping in Vancouver,Canada for H1B on two different dates about 3 months apart.

 

My Profile :-

 

Bachelors (Non US) with 9 years exp (4 years in US). 3rd time Stamping. 2 times in India and this time in Vancouver. EC model. Stamping on June 10th 2014

 

Spouse Profile:-

 

Bachelors (Non US) with 8 years exp (3 and half years in US). 1st time (H4 to H1 change of status) Stamping done in Vancouver. EVC model.Stamping on September 23rd 2014.

 

 

My Visa Experience:-

 

1. Who do you work for?

2. Do you have an end client?

3. What is you title in your company?

4. Please provide paystubs, LCA, Employment Letter and DL.

5. What is your income.

6. What is you work location.

 

Your visa is approved.

 

Visa Status changed to Issued on June 11th 2014 and got the passport June 12th 2014.

 

Spouse Visa Experience:-

 

1. Who do you work for?

2. Do you have an end client?

3. What is you title in your company?

4. Please provide paystubs, LCA, Employment Letter, client letter and DL.

5. What is your highest education?

6. Did you come here on H4?

7. Is this is your first visit outside the US?

8. What is your income?

 

Your visa is appoved.

 

Visa Status changed to Issued September 24th 2014. Should get the passport tomorrow.
