Travel to India - Recently Changed Job

Hi,

 

I have recently transferred my H1B from Company A to Company B. I do not have H1B (from Company A) stamped on my passport. I plan to travel to India soon and get my H1B stamped for the first time (Company B) before returning.  My questions are:

 

1. Is there a minimum wait time after transferring H1B and going for H1B stamping?

 

2. I am asking this because I will have only 2 pay stubs from my new employer when I go for the interview. Will this be an issue during the interview?
