H1b Transfer on 5th Year with with current validty of another year and half

Hi All,

 

I came to the US on May 2009 and 6yr would complete on May 2015(considering 1 month vacation).

 

But my current visa with employer B is till 2016 April because I joined this employer in May 2013 based on Employer A's(first employer) approved i140 and got 3yrs extension. First employer revoked the i140 few months after i left the company. My perm with employer B got query and they just responded.

 

1> So right now if I leave employer B and want to join employer C would my h1b transfer be denied because I have only 6-7 months to finish my 6yrs stay?

 

2> If not denied then what would be max validity on transfered h1b, april 2016 or may 2015? What are my options here any general advice?

=> Nothing will stop you to use your 6 years of H1b visa. You should be good. If employer has no problem to hire you for 6-7 months, USCIS is ok too.
