Now I want to move to other company B. After moving to Company B, should I have to go for stamping again ?? If yes , can i go to canada and get it stamped or do i have to get it stamped in India only. Please suggest. Thanks. Link to comment
jairichi Posted September 23, 2014 Report Share Posted September 23, 2014 No need for H1B visa stamping till Sep 2016. You just need a valid I797 along with your current valid H1B visa whenever you travel outside US. Link to comment
