rams.06530 Posted September 22, 2014 Report Share Posted September 22, 2014 Hi , My application got selected for 2015 H1 and is regular processing. on Aug 7th 2014 i got an update ("On August 7, 2014, your address was changed relating to the I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER that you filed") my employer told me that companies attorney opened a case with usics and will response in 4-6 weeks no we haven't got any update from them yet. I'm so worried and planning to make it premium today. is this normal to happen ? Thanks for your time Link to comment
