reddymm
Am currently working in US with H1B status and I-94 valid till Sep 30th. My employer filed a new H1B for me under consular process to correct a mistake from previous petition and it was approved for 3 years till 2017 and i received i797B with out I-94. I still have valid stamping in my passport with the same employer till end of Sep 30th. Can I fly to Canada and enter US on new approved petition and and request a new I-94 based on the newly approved petition before Sep 30th ? Link to comment
jairichi
Yes, you can. But, you need a Canadian visitor visa. Link to comment
