Stamping in Jamaica on Octboer 6th

Hi,

In I 797c form,They mentioned Consulate as HYDERABAD.and if i change the consulate to jamaica , i need to file the I 824 form.it takes 3 months for processing.So what i have to do.Can i go to stamping for jamaica without filling this form,help me urgently,i have stamping on October 6 th,thanks

Can you please let me know where do you see that info on I 797c form ????? Also just wanted to know have you ever recevied 221 G like when you have applied for any prior visa.

Why did you book stamping in Jamaica when 797 mentioned Hyd? Fear of getting rejected in Hyd?
