She has good profile and gets a lot job offers directly from Other companies . But her Visa Holder "Company A" does not coordinates with the other companies to figure out the financial/payroll issues involved. And the jobs that "Company A" gets for her , don't suit her profile. This way , she is losing all those Job offers . I understand that "Company A" has filed her H1 and wants to earn money from it but they are not working hard for mutual benefits . What can we do in such scenario ? Please advice Regards Link to comment
