H4 extension with arrest record

Hi,

In my past, I had one arrest record (misdemeanor trespassing ), court ordered probation with some fine and now the case got expunged.

 

Now the question is, my spouse H1 visa is getting expired and need to apply for H1 extension along with my H4, will my spouse H1 gets effected because of my arrest record.

 

Anyone with any RFE experience due to criminal history, please let me know your experience for an H4 extension.

 

Any help or guidance is much appreciated.
