L1 to H1 COS Approved, Travel to India and continue working for L1 company

I'm working for company A and company B did my L1 to H1 COS which is approved. Now company C filing my H1 and asking me to go to India and get it stamped. Can I go to India and work from there (I have work from Home option) for company A until I get it stamped and return to US on H1?

Is there a problem with this ?

There is no problem. But if I were you, I would have waited to see H1 approval coming thru that company C is going to file.

No issue. But, be careful about your agreement with B (if you signed any) and possible revocation of H1B petition before Oct 1st by B.

worst case - if H1 stampoing is rejected, then i will still have L1 right ?

Your L1 status has stopped right when you join H1b employer.

As long as your L1 petition is valid and you have a valid L1 visa to enter US there is no problem.
