Can I use my old approved I-140 to port with new employer even after it ets current?

Hi Gurus,

 

To be more specific, I am writing a below sample scenario.

 

Old employer A I-140 approved and prioroty date is 2/2008 whish is current. 485 was not filed.

 

I am joining a new employer B. Can he use my old I-140 which is already current to port the priority date?

Yes, you can use PD but employer B has to start GC process from beginning.
