abhiak89
Hi all, Currently my H1 is approved for 3 yrs. I'm planning to go for stamping to Jamaica early next year. But my concern is what if my visa is not stamped/rejected. Right now my opt is valid until Feb 2015. And my H1B validity starts from Oct 2014. If at all I applied for college and got into CPT would it be a valid status for me to get into US again even if my visa is rejected. Please suggest on this asap! Appreciate your replies in advance! kumar_y
Once your H-1b starts all other status like CPT, F-1 are cancelled without prejudice. If the visa is cancelled you have to return to your home country and apply for new one if you want to come back to US again. Link to comment
rahul412
Forget about CPT, if not you have to forget US forever. If your visa is rejected, how can you enter into US?? Link to comment
