MTR question

Hello,

 

My attorney has filed an MTR following a denial of OPT stem extension. I know that MTR will not grant any legal stay in U.S, so I am leaving the country with 30-day grace period.

 

If i leave U.S will my MTR continue to be processed or will it be abandoned?.

 

If MTR is approved, is it Ok to come back into U.S with the EAD and school OPT I-20?

2. You need a valid F1 visa.
